A role that supports OAO's footwear and apparel end to end, from planning through mass production. While preserving the design intent, you work with factories to balance quality, lead time, and cost, taking on a central role in our manufacturing.

Because we handle everything in-house from product planning to sales, you can take real ownership across disciplines, from concept to execution. We actively use AI agents, and you can help update how development and production management themselves are done.

As OAO begins to draw attention both in Japan and abroad, we are moving into expanding our production base and overseas sourcing. We are looking for people who want to take on a big challenge in manufacturing.
