Open Position (Internship / New Grad / Other)
This is an open position for those who want to take on a challenge at OAO, even if you do not fit one of our current job listings. We welcome a wide range of applicants: student interns, new graduates, and career applicants who have not yet decided on a specific role.
Because we handle everything in-house from product planning to sales, you can experience the full path from concept to execution, beyond the boundaries of a single role. We will shape your role together, starting from your strengths and interests.

Responsibilities
- We decide your area together based on your experience and interests (store operations / marketing & press / product development & production management / design & creative)
- Projects that span the full path from concept to execution, across roles
- For part-time roles, involvement is adjusted to fit your studies or situation

- Empathy with OAO's brand and products
- Someone who can take initiative from concept to execution, without being bound by a single role

- Students (interns), new graduates, and early-career applicants
- Interest in manufacturing / brand operations / e-commerce & retail / marketing
Compensation
Determined based on your experience, employment type, and area of work
