Store Manager Candidate / Sales Staff (Full-time) | Tokyo, Daikanyama
OAO HAUS DAIKANYAMA is an appointment-based store. Through one-to-one hospitality, it is a place where customers can feel the appeal of our products, receive fitting support, and experience the world of OAO. In Daikanyama, where customers gather from across Japan and around the world, we are looking for a future store manager who will help shape the store together with us.
Centered on store operations and sales, you will gain broad experience — from VMD and planning and running events and pop-ups, to online customer service and support.
Responsibilities

- Ordering and inventory management (MD)
- Store operations and VMD
- Event planning and operation

Who we’re looking for
- A strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and art
- Someone who finds joy in engaging with people attentively
- Basic PC skills
Preferred experience & skills
- Experience in apparel or footwear sales
- Language skills (English, Chinese, etc.; useful for international customers)
- Experience with social media and content creation
Compensation
Determined through an interview, based on your experience and ability.
*Incentives are available based on store sales achievement.
Approx. ¥280,000 〜 ¥500,000 / month

Working hours & holidays
8 hours per day, shift-based (in line with store hours)
Two days off per week, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave
Training & onboarding
You will start with training on the OAO brand and product knowledge. A senior staff member will support you one-on-one.
Career path
Sales staff → Store manager candidate → Operating multiple stores, or a career change into MD, CS, or PR at headquarters.
